We understand how hard it is to live with sensitive skin. I’ve struggled with problematic skin myself. As a health-conscientious mom of 3, I wanted products that were actually safe for me and my family. But when I opened my cupboard I was frustrated to find even the most “trustworthy” products have chemicals that are bad for skin and cause harm to our ocean. These ingredients are so toxic. You can’t even pronounce some of them. I was left feeling like a bad mom. I wanted better for my family.
So I started simple, creating my own skincare products. Starting with sunscreen for my kids, I formulated a simple organic alternative that kept my kids safe from the sun and keeps our reef safe too. But I didn’t stop there. I ran back to my cupboard and read the labels of all of my skincare products. I decided to replace my whole skin care regimen with simple healthy ingredients. Sadly, most organic skincare can be expensive, and so many different skin types. I knew I couldn’t just keep it to myself. So I created Ao Organics Hawaii for all skin types, developing affordable products for women that not only make you feel good, but are also good for you too.
Since then we’ve helped over 17,000 women fall back in love with their skin again - feeling confident with healthy glowing skin.
